“Since you have been born, what has your body done for you? Since you have been born, what have you done for your body?” Your body is a temple, so it’s up to you to take care of it! The Temple Challenge is a 6-month fitness challenge to see how many goals you can accomplish and what steps you are willing to take to maybe… change your life! Every three weeks there will be a weigh-in, measurement, and progress check to each person’s fitness goals.
This is a school of physical fitness that teaches the ancient and scientific art of Tae Kwon Do. In this age of turmoil, it is important that one maintain a strength within one's self (mental strength as well as physical strength) so that one can cope with obstacles and difficulties in life more successfully.

Temple Challenge Extreme is an extension of Temple Challenge. It will focus on more strength training/muscle toning/ muscle hypertrophy.
No matter one’s age, YOUR BODY IS A TEMPLE! This is a fun and challenging class designed to teach your youth athlete proper training techniques that he or she can use for the rest of their life. With a focus on Speed, Strength, Agility, Nutrition, and Injury Prevention. This will also teach athletes at a young age that fitness can be a fun way of life!
