Stacy comes to the Elite Sports Center with a true passion for fitness and a desire to assist others in reaching their personal goals. Along with running successful training programs like Temple Challenge, Stacy speaks to various groups as an Industry Leader motivating coaches and clients on how to produce premier results in every aspect of their life. She has learned “when you put your clients and members needs ahead of everything else, business will take care of itself”. Stacy has been an inspiration to the local Mid-Ohio Valley Community and she also serves as an Ignite 360, IMG/Under Armour Ambassador.
Stacy prides herself on not just instructing athletes but by being one. Taking part in daily workouts, weight training, running in half marathons, nutrition awareness, or anything dealing with fitness is personally important to her. She takes great pride in her dedication to the fitness world and wants to share her passion.
Stacy earned a BA degree in Women’s Studies with a concentration in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland-College Park. She received her Master’s Degree in Sports Science with a concentration in Coaching Education from Ohio University. Currently she is also the Head Women’s Basketball Coach at West Virginia University Parkersburg, Professor for WVU-P, and Assistant Coach for the Parkersburg South Lady Patriots basketball program. She has experience in creating conditioning programs for college and high school athletic sports teams, as well. Her training certifications include the American College of Sports Medicine and Ignite 360 Performance Training.
She is the daughter of Mark and Cathy Houser and has a brother, Jason and a twin sister, Erica Hauch.
